영문 초록

In this study, in order to explore the plan to activate Taekwondo-gym management through cultivation of Taekwondo athletes, data collected by open questionnaires were collected. First, one of the Taekwondo technical systems, the official Olympic sport, the differentiation of Taekwondo, the influx of adult trainees, the basic value of Taekwondo technical practicality, an understanding of the Taekwondo technical system, the influx of leaders from athletes focusing on competition, and the background of the expansion of the supply and demand of athletes. For this reason, the need and importance of the implementation of the Gyeorugi program and the training of athletes in Taekwondogym form its value.Second, the constraints on the Taekwondo- gym competition program were derived by dividing them into three categories: safety issues for trainees, environmental issues, and response to leaders. Third, Taekwondo-gym s effective Gyeorugi program execution factors were derived by dividing it into four categories: leader, program, facilities and equipment, and communication. Fourth, the plan to revitalize Taekwondo-gym by fostering Gyeorugi players was derived by dividing into three categories: program support, facility and environment support, and institutional and regulatory support.
