국문 초록

문학 교육은 학습 독자의 문학 능력 신장을 목표로 한다. 또한 문학 교육에서는 학습 독자가 주체적으로 문학 작품의 의미를 인지적, 정의적, 평가적인 면에서 구성하고 표현하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 학습 독자의 균형 있는 문학 능력 신장과 주체적인 의미 구성을 위한 방법으로 문학 비평 교육을 제안한다. 이에 문학 비평 교육의 개념을 정의하고, 학습 독자의 발달 특성을 고려하여 학습 독자의 수준에 맞는 문학 비평 교육의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본고에서는 학습 독자 중심 비평과 문학 작품 기반 비평이 함께 이루어진다는 관점을 전제로 문학 비평 교육을 다음과 같이 정의하였다. 문학 비평 교육은 학습 독자가 문학 작품에 대해 주체적으로 의미를 구성하고, 객관적으로 표현하는 문학 교육 방법이다. 문학 비평 교육에서 학습 독자는 자기 관점에서 문학 작품을 인지적, 정의적으로 수용하고 평가하여 의미를 구성한다. 또한 문학 비평 교육은 학습 독자가 문학 작품의 가치를 분석하여 자신이 구성한 의미에 대한 근거를 논리적이고 객관적인 방법으로 표현하는 문학 교육 방법의 한 형태이다. 특별히 초등 학습 독자를 대상으로 하는 문학 비평 교육은 학습 독자의 문학 반응 발달 특성과 비평 수행 능력을 중심으로 그 가능성을 검증하여 교육 수준을 조절해야 한다. 이를 근거로 한 학습 독자를 위한 문학 비평 교육은 학습 독자가 문학 작품을 읽고 주어진 관점 중 한 가지를 선택, 그 관점에 맞게 작품을 이해, 감상하고, 논리적으로 가치 평가하여 구체적인 비평 텍스트를 표현하도록 하는 활동 중심의 문학 교육을 의미한다.

영문 초록

Literature education aims at improving literary ability of learned readers. Therefore, it needs the method that learned readers themselves can organize and express the meaning of literature text in the view of cognition, emotion and evaluation for literature education. This study suggests the education of literary criticism as the method of improving the balanced literary ability for learned readers. The purpose of this study is to take a look at the concept and the meaning of literary criticism education, and to work out The direction of literary criticism education which is suitable for the level of elementary learned readers. This thesis justifies the literary criticism as follows in the view that literary criticism consists of criticism centering of learning reader and criticism based on the literary work. The education of literary criticism is performed by accepting and evaluating the literature text cognitively and emotionally in their own view of learned readers. In addition, it means the method of literature education that express as criticism texts by analyzing literature text logically and objectively on the constructed meaning by learned readers. The next thing is to see the position and intention point of literary criticism education in elementary schools, and then the educational meaning focused on the value of literary criticism education would be treated. The meaning of literary criticism education in literature education is that literary criticism education lets literature text accepted cognitively and emotionally. The evaluation of value for literature text by learned readers makes the meaning of constructed text themselves clear by expressing as a criticism text. Futhermore, the literary criticism education can be summarized that it makes learned readers themselves interest in literature and enjoy it.
