통합교육 현장의 영상자료를 활용한 교육이 예비교사의 태도 및 효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애학생 통합교육 현장의 사례를 제시한 영상자료 활용 교육이 예비교사들의 통합교육에 대한 태도와 장애학생 교수에 대한 효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이에 110명의 중등 예비교사들을 대상으로 인식조사와 중재가 이루어졌다. 통합교육에 대한 태도와 교사효능감 조사를 사전검사로 실시하고 나서 3회기의 영상자료 활용 교육이 이루어졌고, 이 후에 사후검사로 동일한 인식조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 중재는 영상자료의 시청, 소그룹 토론과 성찰노트 작성, 통합교육의 방법 설명으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 영상자료 활용 교육을 통해 예비교사들의 통합교육에 대한 태도 측면에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 대부분 태도가 긍정적으로 변화되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 영상자료 활용 교육을 통해 통합교육 상황에서 장애학생의 행동을 관리하는 측면의 교사효능감이 유의미하게 향상되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to identify the effects of teacher education using video materials on pre-service teachers attitude of inclusive education and efficacy of teaching students with disabilities. 110 pre-service teachers enrolled introductory special education course for general secondary education teacher participated in this study. Teacher education programs using video materials were implemented 3 session per week. Intervention included watching videos about inclusive education practices, small group discussion and individual reflection, and lecture. Two questionnaires were used to measure pre-service teachers attitude relative to inclusive education and efficacy of teaching students with disabilities. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test. The results of the study indicated that (1) pre-service teachers attitude of inclusive education improved significantly through the implementation of education using video materials, and (2) pre-service teachers efficacy of managing students with disabilities in inclusive classroom improved significantly. Implications for practices and future research were discussed.
