국문 초록

이 연구는 민간경비원의 업무환경적 원인에 따른 직무스트레스가 민간경비원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여, 현재 재직 중인 민간경비원을 대상으로 설문조사한 자료를 분석하여 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 민간경비원의 업무환경을 개선하는 방안을 제안하고자 하는 연구이다. 민간경비원이 겪는 직무스트레스 중 업무환경적 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 업무환경적 직무스트레스를 구성하는 직무자율성에 의한 직무스트레스는 상사에 대한 만족과 업무에 대한 만족에 부(-)적으로 유의미하다는 것이 증명되었고, 보상부적절에 의한 직무스트레스와 조직체계에 의한 직무스트레스는 상사에 대한 만족과 업무에 대한 만족, 급여에 대한 만족, 승진에 대한 만족에 모두 부(-)적으로 유의미하다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 민간경비원의 직무스트레스를 감소시키기 위하여 민간경비원을 대상으로 전문적인 교육을 통하여 신뢰를 향상시키고, 팀장급 직원들에게 현장의 결정을 존중하는 조직문화로 개선시키며, 민간경비원들의 업무특성과 불확실한 미래를 고려한 급여체계와 승진체계로 개선하는 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

To examine how the job stress caused by the work environment of private security guard influence on the job satisfaction of private security guard, this study conducted a survey on the private security guard in service. Then, this study tried to suggest measures for improving the work environment of the private security guards based on the analysis results. Among job stresses experienced by the private security guard, this study examined how job stress from work environment influenced on the job satisfaction. The results were as follows. The job stress caused by the job autonomy among work environment-related job stress factors had a significant negative influence on the satisfaction toward supervisor and works. Also, the job stress caused by the inappropriate reward and job stress caused by the organizational system had a significant negative influence on satisfaction toward supervisor and works, wages, and promotion. Based on the results, this study suggested on offering specialized education on the private security guard, enhancing the reliability, creating an organizational culture where decisions of manager-level employees are respected, and arranging the wage system and promotional system in consideration of job-related characteristics and uncertain future of private security guard for reducing the job stress of private security guard.
