국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 북한 영화 속에서 나타나는 교원 형상을 분석하고자 한다. 북한 영화를 통해 ‘교원형상’을 관찰하고 분석하는 것은 교육에 관한 북한 당국의 시대적 목적과 그에 따른 요구를 파악할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 동시에 영화에 나타나는 부정적 교원 형상을 통해 현실 세계의 ‘교원 형상’도 유추해 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 북한이 이상적으로 추구하는 긍정형 교원형상은 직업적 혁명가형, 어머니형, 연출가형이 있다. 반면 사리사욕을 챙기는 교원 형상은 북한에서 부정형 형상으로 교양의 대상이 된다. 긍정형 교원형상은 시대적 요구에 따라 요청되어 왔으며 이는 각 시대가 교원을 어떻게 정의하는지에 따라 달라진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the image of teachers in North Korean movies. Observing and analyzing the teacher shape through North Korean films not only can identifies the purpose of the times and the demands of the North Korean authorities on education, but also infers the teacher image of the real world through the negative teacher image shown in the film. The positive teacher types that North Korea ideally pursues are the vocational revolutionary type, mother type, director type, and model type. On the other hand, the image of teachers who seek self-interest is a negative teacher type in North Korea and it means that they are targets of education. Positive teacher image is arranged according to the needs of the times, which has a significance that it depends on how each era defines teachers.
