국문 초록

본 연구는 물류기업이 인식하고 있는 물류 4.0 기술의 필요성, 직무만족도 및 물류관리성과의 관계와 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하고, 물류관리성과 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 물류 4.0 기술, 직무만족 및 물류성과와 관련된 선행연구를 토대로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하고, 물류기업 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 타당성분석, 신뢰성분석, 상관분석 및 매개적 회귀분석을 통하여 그 인과관계를 규명하고, Sobel Test를 실시하여 직무만족도에 대한 간접효과의 유효성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 물류 4.0 기술의 필요성은 직무만족도과 물류관리성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무만족도 역시 물류관리성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 직무만족도는 물류 4.0 기술의 필요성과 물류관리성과의 관계에서 유의한 간접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 물류기업이 물류 4.0 기술을 활용하여 직무만족도와 물류관리성과를 개선하기 위하여 물류 4.0 기술의 필요성에 대한 인식 확산, 새로운 물류기술을 활용한 직무만족도의 개선, 물류 4.0 기술의 효과 검증, 물류기업의 규모 및 업종에 적합한 물류기술의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the relationship between the necessity for logistics 4.0 technology, job satisfaction, and logistics performance, and suggest implications for improvement of logistics performance. Research design, data and methodology : A research model and research hypotheses were established based upon previous studies related to logistics 4.0 technology, job satisfaction, and logistics performance, and a survey was subsequently conducted on employees of logistics companies. In addition, the causal relationship was investigated through validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and mediating regression analysis. The validity of the indirect effect on job satisfaction was verified using the Sobel test. Results : Logistics 4.0 technology was confirmed to have a significant effect on job satisfaction and logistics performance, and job satisfaction also had a meaningful effect on logistics performance. In addition, job satisfaction was found to have a significant indirect effect on the relationship between the necessity of logistics 4.0 technology and logistics performance. Conclusions : For logistics companies to improve job satisfaction and logistics performance by utilizing logistics 4.0 technology, it is necessary to spread awareness of the need for such technology, improve job satisfaction using new logistics technology, verify the effectiveness of logistics 4.0 technology, and develop logistics technology suitable for the size and type of logistics companies.
