국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19 시기 영유아 양육자의 가족여가활동 참여가 양육스트레스와 가족건강성에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 311명의 영유아 양육자를 대상으로 가족여가활동 참여, 양육스트레스 및 가족건강성에 대한 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 첫째, 가족여가활동 중 신체적 활동과 사회적 활동이 양육스트레스의 모든 하위변인과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였으며, 정신적 활동과 신체적 활동은 가족건강성의 모든 하위변인들과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 가족여가활동 중 사회적 활동은 양육스트레스의 하위요인 중 완벽주의 스트레스를 제외한 모든 하위요인에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치며, 정신적 활동은 가족건강성의 모든 하위요인에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 코로나19 확산으로 가족 차원의 일상생활이 재편되는 있는 현실에서 영유아 가정의 가족여가활동과 자녀양육에 관한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the impact of caregivers’ participation in family leisure activities during the COVID-19 period on parenting stress and overall family health. To this end, this study collected and analyzed data on the participation in family leisure activities, parenting stress, and family health among 311 infant caregivers. First, the results of this study showed that physical and social activities among the types of family leisure activities were correlated significantly with all sub-variants of parenting stress, and mental and physical activities were significantly correlated with all sub-variants of family health. Second, social activities among the types of family leisure activities had significant effects on all sub-factors of parenting stress except perfectionist stress, and mental activities had significant effects on all sub-factors of family health. Based on the results of this study, we proposed implications for parenting of infants and toddlers and family leisure activities due to the reality that daily life has been reorganized at the family level due to the spread of COVID-19.
