청소년 개인특성이 대인관계역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 대인관계역량 하위변인(관계형성, 리더십, 협동)에 자아개념, 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성, 학업스트레스, 부모양육태도, 학업성적, 가정형편이 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 분석에 활용된 자료는 NYPI(National Youth Policy Institute)에서 주관한 2017 청소년 역량 측정 조사 자료(초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교)이다. 이 자료 중 초등학교 6학년 학생(초6) 882명, 중학교 3학년 학생(중3) 960명, 고등학교 3학년 학생(고3) 1,171명만 본 연구를 위한 분석에 포함하였다. 자료의 분석은 기술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석 등을 이용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인관계 하위변인인 관계형성, 리더십, 협동은 4단계 척도에서 2점 후반과 3점 초반 점수로 나타났다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과에 따르면 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성, 학업스트레스 변인은 초6, 중3, 고3 모든 학년에서 관계형성, 리더십, 협동에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성의 표준화계수(베타)도 크게 나타나 이 변인들의 대인관계 역량에 대한 영향은 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 반면, 부모양육태도는 초등학교 6학년 관계형성에만 영향을 미치고 다른 학년, 대인관계역량 하위변인에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-concept, self-determination, self-efficacy, self-future reliance, academic stress, parental attitude, achievement, and family academic status on the interpersonal relationship competency (relationship, leadership, collaboration) of adolescents. This study used the National Youth Policy Institute’s ‘A study on the measurement of Korean Youth Competency and International Comparison’ in 2017 (elementary, middle, high school). The number of 6th grade participants was 882, the number of 9th grade participants was 960, and the number of 12th grade participants was 1,171. Results obtained from the analyses were as follows. First, relationship, leadership, and cooperation, which are sub-variables of interpersonal relationships, show a ‘yes’ level with scores of late 2 and early 3 on a 4-level Likert scale. Second, according to the results of multiple regression analysis, self-determination, self-efficacy, self-future reliance, and academic stress variables had a positive effect on relationship, leadership, and cooperation in all grades. Particularly, self-efficacy and self-future reliance were highly related to relationships, leadership, and cooperation. On the other hand, parental attitude only affected relationships in the 6th grade of elementary school, but did not affect other grades and interpersonal relationship competency.
