국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미래사회에서 요구되는 미래창의융합역량에 학교 관련 환경인 초인지 지원 심리적 수업환경과 창의적 학교환경이 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 S대학 학생 최종 423명의 데이터를 이용하였다. 각 변인 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위하여 Pearson의 상관계수를 산출해 분석하였으며, 초인지 지원 심리적 수업환경과 창의적 학교환경이 미래창의융합역량에 미치는 영향 관계를 확인하기 위해 단순회귀분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 초인지 지원 심리적 수업환경, 창의적 학교환경, 미래창의융합역량 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었으며, 초인지 지원 심리적 수업환경과 창의적 학교환경이 미래창의융합역량에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것도 확인되었다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 대학교에서 학생들의 미래창의융합역량을 함양시키기 위해서는 수업을 통해 학생들의 초인지를 지원할 수 있는 환경을 조성하고, 창의적인 학교환경을 조성하는 것이 우선시 되어야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of school environments such as the meta-cognition support psychological class environment and the creative school environment on the future creative confluence competency required in the future society. For this research, data were collected from 423 students from S university in Seoul, and Pearson s correlation coefficient was calculated and analyzed. The relationship between the meta-cognition support psychological class environment and the creative school environment on the future creative confluence competency was confirmed through simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. As a result, there is a positive correlation between the meta-cognition support psychological class environment, creative school environment, and future creative confluence competency, so it was confirmed to help improve the capacity of university students if the school environment is properly created. It also confirmed that the meta-cognition support psychological class environment and the creative school environment support have a significant effect on the future creative confluence competency. The results of this study suggest that in order to cultivate students future creative confluence competency at universities, it is necessary to create an environment that can support students meta-cognition through classes and create a creative school environment.
