국문 초록

한국기독교교육학회 학술대회에서 주제로 다루었던 각 교단별 교재개발 현황과 학회 이후 지금까지 교단별로 개발된 교재를 비교 분석함으로 한국 개신교회 교육과정의 발전을 도모하고자 연구하게 되었다. 분석을 위한 이론적 기초는 복음주의 기독교 교육학자인 파즈미뇨에 의해 소개된 교육과정 유형 분류에 기초하고자 한다. 분석을 위한 지표들은 교회 교육과정이라는 특성을 고려하여 선정했으며, 청소년 교재를 중심으로 분석했다. 교단별 교육과정은 체계성에 대한 분석 지표 중에서 교육목적과 교육목표의 상응성, 교육목표와 학습 단원의 체계성, 학습 단원과 세분화된 과와의 순차성 등은 대체적으로 높다. 그러나 체계성에 대한 분석 지표인 교육목표와 학습결과에 대한 평가의 부분은 평균적으로 보통 수준 이다. 효율성에 대한 분석 지표 중에서 교육목표와 행동변화의 관련성, 학습자의 발달단계와 내용선정의 적합성, 발달단계와 서술된 언어의 명확성, 학습 환경과 학습 동기 및 흥미에 대한 고려, 교수-학습과정과 평가 및 행정의 적절성 등에 대해서는 효율성을 높게 반영하고 있다. 그러나 교단의 신학적 내용을 강조한 결과로 학습자의 경험과 교수-학습 과정의 적합성을 매우 높게 고려한 교단은 없다. 정당성에 대한 분석 지표 중에서 교재 내용과 갈등, 긍정적 차원에서의 잠재적 교육과정, 부정적 차원에서의 잠재적 교육과정 등은 대부분의 교단에서 내용으로 높게 다루고 있지만, 교재 내용과 사회구조의 변화에 대해서는 특정 교단에서만 매우 높게 다루고 있는 반면에, 나머지 교단은 낮은 차원 이하의 수준에서만 다루고 있다. 통합성에 대한 분석 지표 중에서 성경적 앎과 교회 공동체와의 통합에 대해서는 대부분 교단에서 교육목회 교육과정을 지향한다고 할 수 있을 정도로 매우 높게 누구하고 있으며, 이외의 분석 지표인 교회와 학교와의 연계, 교회와 가정 및 사회와의 연계, 교사와 학생의 상호주관적 의사소통, 의미구성에 대한 과정적 추구 등에 대해서는 대부분의 교단에서 높게 추구하고 있다.

Comparative Analysis to the Denominational Curriculum The Korean Society for the Study of Christian Religious Education had to a society for a study on the curriculum development of denominations of Korea. After that society, all denominations are developing the curriculum and text continually with his/her own educational systems for church school’s students. This article’s purpose for the youth curriculum analysis is to have an opportunity for critical reflection among denominations in Korea. Systematicity in denomination’s curriculum is in high level to the correspondence of scope and sequence between educational goal and objectives, educational objectives and learning units, learning units and lessons topic. But the level to evaluation between educational objectives and learning outcomes is medium. Effectiveness in denomination’s curriculum is in high level to the suitability of educational objectives and behavioral change, developmental stage and content, languages, interests, administration of curriculum. But the suitability between experiences of youth and teaching-learning process is not in high level by the emphasis on the theology of denominations. Legitimacy in denomination’s curriculum is in high level to the conflict in contents, hidden curriculum in positive and negative. But one denomination is in very high level to the content of social structural change. The rest of denominations are in low level to the social structural change. Integration in denomination’s curriculum is in very high level to the educational ministry between biblical knowledge and church’s community. And most denominations are in high level between church and school of youth, church and home and society. Inter-subjective communication between teachers and students, and processive meaning as content are in high level.
