국립산악박물관 체험프로그램 이용에 대한 만족도가 재방문에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 국립산악박물관의 이용 실태를 성별, 연령, 거주지, 방문 형태가 방문 목적과 연관성이 있는지 살펴보고는 것이다. 아울러 박물관의 이용 만족도가 재방문에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지 알아보는 것이다. 방법 본 연구는 국립산악박물관 프로그램 실태와 만족도 조사를 위해 2020년 6월부터 10월까지 방문객 290명을 대상으로 설문지를 활용한 개별면접조사를 실시하였으며, 인구통계학적변수로 성별, 연령, 거주 지역, 방문 형태 등으로 구성하였다. 이후 국립산악박물관의 참여 실태를 알아보기 위해 교차분석과 참여 특성에 따른 차이 검증을 실시하였으며, 만족도에 따라 재방문 의도에 대한 단순회귀분석으로 살펴보았다. 결과 성별은 방문 목적과 연관성이 없었지만 이 외의 요소인 연령, 거주지, 방문 형태 모두 방문 목적과 연관성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 방문객의 만족도가 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 만족도가 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 체험프로그램 들 중 상설체험프로그램이 재방문의도에 영향력이 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 결론 박물관의 방문 목적을 더욱 높이기 위해 연령에 따른 프로그램 구분과 함께 안내를 구체적으로 해야 하며 지역 경제를 활성화하는 대표적인 장소로서의 역할에 맞는 기능 보완과 함께 관련 프로그램의 개발이 적극적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 또한 인근 관광 명소와 연계하는 등 재방문을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있으며 전시물 간, 관람자와 교육 프로그램간의 관계의 특징을 밝히고 관람자의 요구를 파악하고 반영하는 데 주력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine whether the use of the National Mountain Museum is related to the purpose of the visit by gender, age, place of residence, and type of visit. In addition, the purpose of this study is to examine how the satisfaction of using the museum affects the revisit. Methods This study conducted an individual interview survey using questionnaires on 290 visitors from June to October 2020 to survey the status and satisfaction of the National Mountain Museum program. It was organized in the form of a visit. Afterwards, cross-analysis was conducted to examine the participation status of the National Mountain Museum, and differences were verified according to the characteristics of participation, followed by a simple regression analysis of the intention to revAisit according to satisfaction. Results Gender was not related to the purpose of visit, but other factors such as age, place of residence, and type of visit all showed a correlation with the purpose of visit. Next, the effect of visitor satisfaction on revisit intention was examined. As a result, it was found that satisfaction affects the intention to revisit. Also, it was found that the permanent experience program had a high influence on the intention to revisit among the experience programs. Conclusion In order to further enhance the purpose of visiting the museum, it is necessary to divide the programs according to age and provide specific guidance, and it is necessary to actively develop related programs along with supplementing the functions suitable for the role as a representative place to revitalize the local economy. In addition, it is necessary to find ways to increase revisit, such as linking with nearby tourist attractions, and focus on identifying and reflecting the needs of visitors by revealing the characteristics of the relationship between exhibits and between visitors and educational programs.
