국문 초록

본 연구는 프로젝트의 수익 추정 방식에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 활동의 기간은 확률적이고 프로젝트 중도 포기 옵션이 존재한다. 수익 추정을 위해 두 가지 추정 방법을 제안하였다. 첫 번째는 활동 기간의 기댓값을 사용하는 방법이고 두 번째는 활동 기간의 확률분포를 사용하여 수익의 분포를 생성하는 방법이다. 모의실험을 통해 두 방법의 유효성을 검증하였고 두 방법의 장단점을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 성과는 확률적 프로젝트 일정문제에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is about the method of estimating the payoff of the project. In this study, the duration of the activity is probabilistic and there is a drop-out option to abandon the project. Two methods were proposed for payoff estimation. The first method uses the expected value of the activity duration, and the second method generates a distribution of project payoff from the probability distribution of the activity duration. The validity of the two methods was verified through simulation and the advantages and disadvantages of both methods were identified. The results of this study can be commonly applied to probabilistic project schedule problems.
