전래놀이를 활용한 심리운동 활동 지원방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 전래놀이의 요소를 분석하고 심리운동 현장에서의 적용방안을 찾고자 하였다. 이에 심리운동 관점을 분석하여 현장에서의 지원방안을 고찰하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 전래놀이를 활용하여 지원할 수 있는 방안의 틀을 마련하는데 목적을 둔다. 연구에서는 사방치기를 중심으로 전래놀이를 분석하였으며 사방치기의 다양한 형식에 대한 문헌조사를 실시하였다. 사방치기의 표준형을 설정하고 내용 분석 및 지원 영역을 설정하기 위하여 심리운동 전문가 2인의 협의과정을 거쳐 내용타당도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 신체조절, 대근육, 균형, 협응, 사회성 등을 지원영역으로 설정하였고 해당영역을 확인할 수 있는 심리운동 관련 진단도구의 하위문항을 분석하였다. 따라서 심리운동 현장에서 사방치기 활동 지원을 위한 틀을 제시하였으며 이 연구의 결과는 전래놀이를 심리운동 현장에 적용하는 방안을 마련하는데 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to analyze the elements of traditional games and find ways to apply them in the field of psychomotor. Accordingly, the viewpoint of psychomotorik was analyzed and the support plan in the field was considered. Also, based on this, it aims to prepare a framework for a plan that can be applied by utilizing traditional games. In the study, traditional games were analyzed centering on the hopscotch, and a literature search was conducted on various types of hopscotch in the world. Content validity was analyzed through a consultation process of two psychomotorik experts in order to set the standard type of squaring and to set the content analysis and support area. As a result, body control, gross-motor, balance, coordination, sociality, etc. were set as support areas, and sub-items of psychomotor-related diagnostic tools that could confirm the corresponding areas were analyzed. Therefore, a framework for supporting hopscotch activities in the field of psychomotor was proposed, and the results of this study are expected to contribute to preparing a plan to apply traditional games to the field of psychomotor.
