국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 심리운동 활동이 발달장애학생 어머니의 우울 감소에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 장애자녀를 둔 어머니는 부모 역할로 인한 여러 가지 정서적 어려움을 경험하게 되고 그로 인해 자녀에게도 그 영향이 미치게 된다. 이에 발달장애학생 어머니들의 부정적 정서인 우울을 감소시키고 자녀를 좀 더 안정적으로 양육하기 위해서 심리운동 활동을 중재하였으며, 우울 감소의 매개변인으로 자기효능감과 자아존중감의 하위요소들을 적용하여 그 변화를 살펴보았다. 이와 관련한 연구대상은 평소 우울을 호소하는 E특수학교에 장애자녀를 둔 어머니들로, 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명을 무작위로 선정하고 회기당 50분씩, 14회기로 심리운동 활동을 구성하였다. 또한 심리운동 활동 중재 후의 변화를 알아보기 위해 자기효능감 척도, 자아존중감 척도, 우울 척도를 사전검사와 사후검사로 실시하였다. 연구결과, 실험집단의 자기효능감과 자아존중감이 향상되고 우울은 감소하는 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 이러한 변화를 토대로 장애자녀가 있는 어머니들의 심리적, 정서적 지원 활동을 위해 심리운동 프로그램 개발과 적용이 지속적으로 이루어졌으면 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychomotorik activity on the reduction of depression in mothers of students with developmental disabilities. Mothers with children with disabilities experience various emotional difficulties due to the parental role, which affects their children as well. In order to reduce depression, which is the negative emotion of mothers with developmental disabilities, and to raise their children more stably, psychomotorik activities were mediated, and the sub-factors of self-efficacy and self-esteem were applied as mediators of depression to examine the changes. saw. The subjects of this study were mothers with children with disabilities at E Special School, who complained of usual depression, and 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups were randomly selected, and psychomotorik activities were organized in 14 sessions, 50 minutes per session. In addition, the self-efficacy scale, self-esteem scale, and depression scale were conducted as pre-test and post-test to find out the changes after the intervention of psychomotorik activity. As a result of the study, there was a significant change in the experimental group s self-efficacy and self-esteem improved and depression decreased. Based on these changes, I hope that the development and application of psychological exercise programs will continue to be made for the psychological and emotional support activities of mothers with children with disabilities.
