노인요양보호시설의 서비스품질 및 선택적 속성이 만족도와 입소의향에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

우리사회는 다양한 노인복지정책을 요구하고 있다. 그 가운데 노인들의 요양복지시설에 대한 이슈가 점점 더 커지고 있다. 이런 가운데 요양복지시설의 기관은 늘어나는 가운데 새로운 노인을 유치하기 위한 전략과 서비스가 요구되고 있다. 이에 노인요양보호시설의 서비스품질과 선택속성이 만족도 및 입소의향에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기도, 충청도, 전라도, 경상도 등 소재에 있는 노인요양보호시설에 입소를 희망하는 노인과 보호자(가족) 403명을 대상으로 조사한 결과를 확인하였다. 가설에 대한 검증결과는 노인요양보호시설의 하위변인 중 유형성은 입소의향, 선택속성(편의성), 만족도(물적 만족, 인적 만족) 등에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 유형성은 선택속성(전문성)에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 신뢰성은 입소의향, 선택속성(전문성과 편의성), 만족도(인적 만족) 등에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 물적 만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 공감성은 입소의향, 선택속성(전문성, 편의성), 만족도(긍정적ㆍ인적 만족) 등에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 선택속성은 서비스품질과 입소의향의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 만족도은 서비스품질과 입소의향의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구는 결과는 노인요양보호시설의 서비스품질과 선택속성이 입소의향과 중요한 관계를 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 노인요양보호시설을 운영하는데 있어서 유형성, 신뢰성, 공감성 등을 고려한 서비스전략이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Our society is demanding various welfare policies for the elderly. Among them, the issue of nursing care facilities for the elderly is getting bigger and bigger. In the midst of this, as the number of institutions in nursing care facilities is increasing, strategies and services are required to attract new elderly people. Therefore, the effect of service quality and selection attributes of elderly care facilities on satisfaction and intention to enter was investigated. The research subjects confirmed the results of a survey of 403 seniors and their guardians (family) who wanted to be admitted to senior care facilities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do, and Gyeongsang-do. As a result of testing the hypothesis, it was confirmed that type of sub-variables of elderly care facilities had a significant effect on admission intention, selection attribute (convenience), and satisfaction (material satisfaction, personal satisfaction). However, it was confirmed that the tangibility did not significantly affect the selection attribute (specialty). Reliability was confirmed to have a significant effect on admission intention, selection attributes (professionalism and convenience), and satisfaction (personal satisfaction). However, it was confirmed that there was no significant effect on material satisfaction. Empathy was confirmed to have a significant effect on admission intention, selection attributes (professionalism, convenience), and satisfaction (positive and personal satisfaction). And the selection attribute was found to play a partly mediating role in the relationship between service quality and admission intention. Satisfaction was found to play a partly mediating role in the relationship between service quality and intention to enter. As a result of the above study, it was confirmed that the service quality and selection attributes of elderly care facilities had an important relationship with the intention to enter. Accordingly, a service strategy that considers tangibility, reliability, and empathy is required in operating elderly care facilities.
