국문 초록

장애인들의 체육활동을 대상으로 측정과 평가에 대한 것을 고찰한 것으로써 검사의 정확성과 효율성에 대하여 평가기준을 발전시키는데 목적을 두고 있다. 장애인들의 특성과 수준에 적합한 측정을 하기위해서 신체적 뿐만 아니라 심리적 검사의 중요성과 검사도구의 개발로 적절한 측정과 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 검사도구의 사용에 있어서 외국도구들을 우리나라에 적용시키기 위해서는 타당도와 신뢰도를 높이기 위한 연구가 계속 필요하며, 컴퓨터에 의한 전산화된 측정방식의 활용성과 그 결과분석에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 이 리뷰논문에서는 우리나라의 장애인들에게 적용되어야할 검사도구의 발전 가능성과 나아가야할 지향점을 찾는데 중점을 두고 있다. 장애인들의 측정과 평가방법에 대한 노력은 장애인들의 체육에 대한 본질과 특성을 고려한 시각에서 시행되어져야 할 것이며, 보다 많은 관심과 흥미를 가지고 장애인들이 참여할 수 있는 방법을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the measurement and evaluation methods applied to disability sport activities, in order to develop appropriate evaluation criteria for the accuracy and efficiency of such measurement. In order to achieve measurement results that are appropriate for the characteristics and status of the disabled, appropriate measurement evaluation should be conducted by developing examination devices that consider the importance not only of physical examination but also of psychological examination. For the usage of examination devices, continuous research is required in order to improve the reliability and validity of foreign devices when applied in a korean context. In addition, research is also required that studies the application of computerized measurement methods and their results. In this study, I am focusing on the potential and the future applications of examination devices for disabled people in korea. The measurement and evaluation methods for the disabled should consider the essence and characteristics of disability sport, and we should seek methods that can enable disabled people to participate in sport activities with interest and commitment.
