Rasch 모형을 통해 살펴본 산재근로자용 다차원심리검사 단축형의 심리측정학적 특성

국문 초록

산재근로자용 다차원심리검사 단축형의 문항적합성을 평가하고, 선택범주의 최적화 여부를 알아보기 위해 산재근로자 1,606명의 자료를 토대로 Rasch 분석을 실시하였다. 단축형 25문항의 신뢰도는 .959로 나타났으며 하위척도들도 신뢰롭게 나타났다. 검사문항의 일차원성을 충족시키기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 거쳐 5개의 요인으로 구분하여 문항 적합도 분석을 실시하였다. MNSQ를 사용한 문항적합도 분석에서 0.8~1.2 기준을 적용하면 분노, 불안, 우울 하위척도 문항들은 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지 결여 하위척도와 신체화 하위척도에서 각각 한 문항이 적합하지 않은 문항인 것으로 나타났다. 하위척도별로 범주확률곡선을 도출하고 선택범주의 최적화를 검토한 결과, 모든 하위척도에서 로짓 차이가 클수록 척도점수의 값이 높아지면서 응답범주도 높은 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 범주간 간격도 분명한 차이를 보여주어서 5점 척도 구성이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 단축형검사의 개선방향과 활용방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to evaluate item difficulties and optimization of the selected range of the short form of Multidimensional Psychological Test for Injured Workers. A total of 1,606 injured workers were sampled for this research. The results showed a favorable reliability and validity. Cronbach’s alpha of the short form with 25 items was .959, and the result of the construct validity test which used confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that 5 factor-model and data were very compatible. The results revealed that (A) The 5-point rating scale was appropriate for the short form of Multidimensional Psychological Test for Injured Workers, (B) The model-data fit was determined by Infit and Outfit statistics (≥0.8 and ≤1.2). The subscale of ‘anger’, ‘anxiety’, and ‘depression’ showed that the model fitted the date well, but two items in the scale of ‘lack of social support’ and ‘somatization’ were not appropriate. Based on the results, this paper provides the discussions about how to apply the short form test and how to connect it with the rehabilitation services.
