국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 직무 스트레스와 일-삶 균형(WLB) 의 수준을 분석하고 특수교사의 직무 스트레스와 일-삶 균형(WLB) 의 관계를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구방법: P시의 특수교사 120명을 대상으로 전자설문, 직접방문의 방법을 통해 설문지를 배부하고 100% 회수하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 PASW 프로그램을 사용하여, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분산분석, Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사의 직무 스트레스는 보통 수준으로 나타났다. 특수교사의 배경 변인에 따른 직무 스트레스의 수준을 비교한 결과 연령과 교직경력에 따라서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 특수교사의 일-삶 균형(WLB) 은 보통 수준으로 나타났다. 특수교사의 배경 변인에 따른 일-삶 균형(WLB) 수준을 비교한 결과 성별과 결혼여부에 따라서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 특수교사의 직무 스트레스와 일-삶 균형(WLB) 은 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 결론: 이상의 결과는 특수교사의 직무 스트레스를 낮추고 일-삶 균형(WLB) 을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색해야할 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to look into the characteristics of job stress and work-life balance of special education teachers, and to investigate the relationship between job stress and work-life balance of special education teachers. Method: We distributed and collected the questionnaire online and in direct visits to 120 special education teachers in P city. The return rate of the survey was 100%. For the data analysis, the PASW program was used to perform an independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: First, the overall job stress level of special education teachers was moderate. As a result of comparing the levels of job stress according to the background variables of special education teachers, there were significant differences according to age and teaching experience. Second, the overall work-life balance level of special education teachers was moderate. As a result of comparing the levels of work-life balance by the background variables of special education teachers, there were significant differences by gender and marital status. Third, a positive correlation was found between the job stress and work-life balance of special education teachers. Conclusion: Based on these results, it was proposed that it is necessary to find a way to reduce the job stress and increase the work-life balance of special education teachers.
