보건분야 국제개발협력과 국제보건 핵심역량에 대한 간호대학생의 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 국제개발협력에 대한 이해도 및 국제보건 핵심역량에 대한 효능감과 교육 필요성에 대한 인식을 분석하는 것이다. 이를위해 본 연구에서는 2개 도시의 간호대학 학부생 287명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호대학생들의 국제개발협력에 대한 이해도는전반적으로 낮게 나타났다. 다만 학년이 높을수록, 국제 교류 경험이 있는 경우 국제개발협력에 대한 이해도가 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 국제 사회에서의 건강보건활동, 보건학 연구 및 기금, 국제 보건과 관련 기구 및 아젠다 관련하여서는 이해와효능감이 현저히 낮았다. 셋째, 국제보건 핵심역량에 대한 교육 필요성 인식과 관련하여서는 대부분의 학생이 높은 교육 필요성을 인식하고 있었다. 본 논문의 결과를바탕으로 교육단계별 교육내용 구성, 교과·비교과를 아우르는 다양한 교류 경험 제공, 국제 보건 이해 교육, 개도국의 맥락과 연관된 보건 이해 교육 등이 제언으로제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the understanding of international development cooperation and the sense of efficacy and need for international health core competencies for nursing students. To do this, in this study, a survey was conducted on 287 undergraduate students of nursing colleges in two cities, and the results are as follows. First, the degree of understanding of international development cooperation among nursing students was generally low. Second, most of the efficacy of core international health competences, which students feel was not high. Third, with regard to the recognition of the need for core competencies in international nursing cooperation, most of the students recognized the high need for most competencies. Regarding the results of this thesis, the composition of educational content for various levels of education for international development cooperation, provision of various exchange experiences covering subjects and comparative subjects, education for understanding international health, and education for understanding health related to the context of developing countries were presented as suggestions
