청소년의 정서인식명확성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 정서인식명확성, 정서표현양가성과 정서조절이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 경험적으로 검토하고자하였다. 이를 위해 경기지역 일반계 고등학교 558명을 대상으로 정서인식명확성, 정서표현양가성, 정서조절과 심리적 안녕감을 측정하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 나타났다. 첫째, 정서인식명확성, 정서표현양가성과 정서조절은 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서인식명확성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 정서표현양가성의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 정서인식명확성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 정서조절의 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과를 토대로 선행연구의 결과에 비추어 논의하고, 청소년들이 자신의 정서에 주의를 기울이고 명확히 인식함으로써 정서표현을 억압하지 않고 잘 조절할 수 있을 때 심리적 안녕감을 유지할 수 있다는 것을 확인하고 연구의 제한점과 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Based on the hypothesis that emotional clarity, ambivalence over emotional expression, and emotional regulation would have influence on psychological wellbeing, the present study intended to examine the relationships among these variables. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to 570 general high school students in Gyeonggi-do area, and 558 responses were analyzed in the study. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, emotional clarity, ambivalence over emotional expression and emotional regulation have significant effects on psychological wellbeing. Second, ambivalence over emotional expression on the relationship between emotional clarity and psychological wellbeing showed the mediating effect. Third, emotional regulation on the relationship between emotional clarity and psychological wellbeing showed the mediating effect The significance of the present study is that it comprehensively considered the emotional factors that affect adolescents’ psychological wellbeing, examined their effect, and provided opportunity to investigate the relationship between emotional clarity and psychological wellbeing in detail so that their relationship can be understood in depth. Also, the study verified the mediating effect of ambivalence over emotional expression and emotional regulation on the relationship between emotional clarity and psychological wellbeing. Finally, the study discussed its limitations and implications.
