국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 부모 애착, 인지적 유연성 및 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 만4세부터 6세까지의 유아를 둔 부모를 대상으로 자료를 수집하고, 변인 간의 영향 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아의 부모 애착은 인지적 유연성 및 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 인지적 유연성은 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부모 애착은 인지적 유연성을 매개하여 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 유아의 부모애착 수준을 높이고, 인지적 유연성을 강화하여, 유아의 건강한 성장으로 도모할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This work aims to verify the relationship between parental attachment, cognitive flexibility, and psychological well-being of young children of the age of 4 to 6. To do so, data collected from parents with young children of the age of 4 to 6 has been empirically analyzed to define the influence between variables. Analysis results show that the parental attachment of young children have a positive effect on cognitive flexibility and psychological well-being, and cognitive flexibility having a positive effect on psychological well-being. Furthermore, parental attachment has been shown to have a significant effect on psychological well-being by mediating cognitive flexibility. Through this study, it is intended to seek ways to enhance the level of parental attachment, strengthen cognitive flexibility, and promote healthy growth of young children.
