국문 초록

창업교육에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있음에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 체계적인 문헌연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 국내 주요 학술지에 게재된 창업교육 논문에 대한 체계적인 검토를 통해 향후 연구 방향을 제언하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단 등재(후보)지에 게재된 실증연구 총 112편을 대상으로 연구표본, 자료수집 방법, 연구변수 및 가설검증 방법 및 연구 결과를 확인하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 이론 기반 연구의 필요성, 연구표본의 다양성 제고, 창업교육 후 효과성 측정 및 이론 중심과 실무 중심창업교육의 비교연구 등을 향후 연구과제로 제시하고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 창업교육 연구의 이론적 확장에 기여하고 있다. 마지막으로 연구의 시사점 및 한계점이 논의된다.

영문 초록

While increasing attention is being paid to entrepreneurship education, a comprehensive literature review on the topic remains sparse. This study aims to systematically review empirical research regarding entrepreneur-ship education in KCI-listed journals and provide suggestions for future research directions. Through a string of selection process of the articles, 112 empirical studies in total are identified and analyzed for samples, data collection methods, constructs, hypothesis testing methods, and key findings. Results lead to suggestions for future studies: a need of theory-based research, a diverse set of samples, the evaluation for the effectiveness after entrepreneurship education, and a comparative study of theory-focused vs. practice-focused entrepreneur-ship education. It is expected that this research makes a contribution to the theoretical expansion of en-trepreneurship education, advancing our understanding of this research field. Implications and limitations are presented.
