국문 초록

최근 몇 년간 국제 무역 분야의 이슈 중 하나는 글로벌 가치 사슬(GVC)의 관점에서 업계의 국제 경쟁력 논의이다. 본문은 대량의 관련 문헌을 검토한 결과를 기초로, 먼저 수출 복잡성 지수(TC)와 명시적 경쟁 우위지수(RCA)를 사용해 중국의 신재생에너지 자동차(NEV)의 글로벌 발전상황을 분석했으며, 미국, 유럽과 일본, 한국 등의 신재생에너지 자동차 산업의 발전상황을 중심으로 비교했다. 왜냐하면 그들의 자동차 공업이 세계적으로 앞서 있기 때문이다. 다음으로 기업의 경쟁력을 측정하는 지표인 ROS를 사용하여 중국의 신재생에너지 자동차 산업의 경쟁력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 중국의 신재생에너지 자동차는 전체적으로 볼 때 여전히 글로벌 가치 사슬의 하위 영역에 있다. 그러나 수출기술의 복잡성이 지속적으로 발전하는 것이 선진국과 격차를 줄이는데 도움이 된다. 정부의 지원정책을 충분히 이용하고 신재생에너지 자동차의 연구개발 강도를 높이며, 전면적으로 기술 수준을 업그레이드해 경쟁력 있는 자체 브랜드를 만들어 중국의 신재생에너지 자동차의 국제경쟁력을 높여야 한다.

영문 초록

Discussing the international competitiveness of the industry from the perspective of global value chains(GVC) is one of the hot spots in the field of international trade in recent years. Based on a large amount of relevant literature, this paper first uses the export complexity index (TC) and the explicit com-petitive advantage index (RCA) to analyze the global development of China s new energy vehicles (NEVs), focusing on comparing the United States, Europe and Japan, South Korea, etc. Because they are the world s leading automotive industry. Then use ROS, which is an indicator to measure the competitiveness of enter-prises, to analyze the factors that affect the competitiveness of China s new energy vehicles. The analysis results show that China s new energy vehicles are still at the low end of the global value chain as a whole, but the continuous increase in the complexity of export technology is conducive to narrowing the gap with developed countries. Make full use of the government s subsidy policy, increase the research and development of new energy vehicles, comprehensively upgrade the technical content, create a competitive independent brand, and enhance the international competitiveness of China s new energy vehicles.
