대학생의 창의융합역량 분석을 통한 교육과정 개선 방안

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 창의융합인재 육성을 위한 교육과정 개선을 목적으로 하여, 먼저 대학생 창의융합역량의 전공 계열, 학년, 성별 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 S대학교에서 교양강좌를 수강하는 대학생 5 8명이었다. 이들에게 미래창의융합역량검사를 실시하여, 배경변인(전공 계열, 학년, 성별)에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생의 창의융합역량에는 전공 계열별 차이가 있었다. 특히 자연/융합/예체능 전공 계열의 창의융합역량이 가장 높았으며, 경상/법정 전공계열이 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 창의융합역량의 학년별 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 성별 차이를 확인한 결과 남학생이 모든 영역에서 높았다. 최근 대학에서 창의융합역량 함양에 초점을 둔 교과목이 개발되는 추세인데, 본 연구에서의 결과를 참고한다면 전공, 학년 및 성별 특성을 고려한 교육과정 개발에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the major, grade, and gender dif erences of the creative confluence competency of university students with the aim of improving the cur iculum for fostering creative convergence talents. The subjects of this study were 558 university students who at ended liberal arts clas es at S university in Seoul. The results of this study were as fol ows: First, there were dif erences in creativity confluence competency of university students by majors in the background variables (major, grade, and gender). In particular, the creative confluence competency of the natural/convergence/arts major was the highest, and the cur ent/court major was relatively low. Second, there was no dif erence in the creative confluence competency by grade. Third, the result of gender dif erence was that male students were high in al areas. Recently, universities are interested in developing subjects that focus on cultivating creative confluence capabilities. Therefore, the results of this study can be helpful for the development of cur iculum considering major, grade and gender characteristics.
