국문 초록

전쟁에 직접 참가하는 병사들의 목소리는 기존의 전쟁사와는 또 다른 전쟁의 이면을 드러낸다고 할 수 있다. 과장과 오류, 거짓과 위선 등이 섞여 있을 수 있지만, 그들이 토해내는 전쟁의 이면은 공간사가 보여주지 못하는 또 다른 전쟁의 모습이다. 본 논문에서는 구술사나 회고록을 통해 전쟁에 직접 참가한 병사들의 목소리로 전쟁의 각 국면에 따른 이야기를 들어보고자 한다. 그들의 이야기는 그동안 공식 전사로 알려진 전쟁사의 전투사 위주의 설명이나, 전쟁에서 아군의 목표와 행위를 정당화하려는 거품 낀 미사여구를 걷어내고 전쟁의 내면을 그대로 드러내주고 있다. 이러한 연구방법론을 준용하여 본 논문은 한국전쟁에서 병사들의 목소리를 들려주려고 한다. 자료적 제한이 있지만, 전쟁이 끝난 지 70여년이 지난 지금, 일부나마 그들의 목소리가 남겨진 자료들을 활용하여 정리한다. 이를 위해 아래로부터의 전쟁의 냄새를 맡아왔던 소년병의 목소리를 통해 전쟁이 그들에게 가져다 준 영향을 살펴본다.

영문 초록

The voices of soldiers directly participating in the war reveal a different side of the war from the existing war history. Exaggerations, errors, lies and hypocrisy may be mixed, but the other side of the war they vomit is another war that spatial history cannot show. In this paper, we would like to hear voices from each phase of the war through the voices of soldiers who directly participated in the war through oral history or memoirs. Their voices reveal the inner side of the war by removing the war history-oriented explanations known as official warriors, or the bubbling rhetoric to justify our allies goals and actions in the war. By applying these research methodologies, this paper tries to make the soldiers voices in the Korean War sound. Although there are data restrictions, more than 70 years after the war, I would like to use some of the materials left behind to organize their voices. Through the voice of the child soldiers who had smelled the war from below, we look at the impact that the war has brought on them.
