국문 초록

현대인이 과거에 비해 암 발생률이 높은 것은 산업발달로 인한 식이⋅생활습관과 환경의 변화가 큰 위험요소로 작용했기 때문이다. 암 치료에 있어서 암세포를 사멸하고 정상세포를 유지하기 위해서는 무엇보다 근본적인 세포 정상화에 필수인 영양치료가 중요하다. 현대인은 비정상적인 식이생활습관과 환경적인 노출 영향인 엑스포솜(exposome)에 의하여 산화스트레스와 만성염증을 동반한 대사기능 저하를 통한 세포노화와 암을 유발한다. 최근 과학적인 암 치료와 예방을 위한 기능의학적 영양요법은 영양의 불균형, 음식의 질적 문제, 식이생활습관의 문제점들을 고려하여 개인이 가지고 있는 문제점들을 정확히 파악하고 이에 대처할 수 있는 방법을 적절히 선택하여 적용하는 것이다.

영문 초록

Significant changes in our diet, lifestyles, and environmental exposure due to modern industrialization have led to a higher incidence of cancer within the population. In cancer treatment and nutritional therapy that essential for fundamental cell normalization - it is undoubtedly necessary to kill cancer cells and maintain our cells under normal function. In the modern-day, the collective accumulation of our abnormal dietary habits and environmentally affected exposures, or the exposome, has induced cell aging and cancer through metabolic decline accompanied by oxidative stress and chronic inflammation. Functional medical nutrition therapy for cancer treatment and prevention is applied by accurately identifying individual problems of nutritional imbalance, food quality, and dietary lifestyle and appropriately selecting an approach to manage such problems.
