영문 초록

This paper aims to identify the causal relationships among the variables affecting the recruitment and management for international students studying in the universities of Korea and to discover the ways in which the qualities of the international students could be effectively managed and the students could also be given more opportunities to maximize their potentials while studying in Korea. In so doing, this study employs system dynamics approach whereby complicated and inter-related issues regarding the international students can be clarified and the reinforcement and balance loops within the causal maps for analysis can be drawn. The analysis results show that three reinforcement and three balance loops have been discovered, indicating that the six loops need to be strategically managed and controled.
