국문 초록

중국은 2010년 이후 인터넷쇼핑, 전자상거래 등 인터넷 경제가 급성장하고 있다. 또 신속한 화물운송과 고부가가치 운송수요가 급증해 고속철도 관련 산업을 일으켰다. 소비자들은 고속철 운행을 선택할 수 있고, 고속철 업체들은 택배를 통해 수익을 올릴 수 있다. 하지만 아직은 걸음마 단계인 고속철택배산업은 기술격차 부족과 운영서비스망 부재로 경쟁 우위가 뚜렷하지 않다. 따라서 고속철 택배 운영 모델을 연구하는 것은 철도업체들의 다중접속 서비스 체인 구축과 고속철 속행 시장의 경쟁력 향상에 중요한 현실적 의미를 갖는다. 이 논문은 권중 속성과 기업 운영 수요를 결합해 개선된 회색연관분석법을 적용, 중국 철도발전의 고속철 택배 운영 모델을 연구분석한다. 본 연구는 고속철도 화물운송 산업이 발전 초기에 직면한 운영 모델 선택 문제를 해결하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Since 2010, China’s online shopping, e-commerce and other Internet economy has developed rapidly. At the same time, the demand for fast freight and high value-added transportation has increased sharply, which has promoted the development of high-speed railway related industries. On the one hand, consumers can take high-speed rail express delivery as a multiple choice; at the other, high-speed rail companies can provide express delivery service to promote profit growth. At present, however, the high-speed express industry is still in its infancy. Its technical links are not matched perfectly and the operation service network is not mature, which leads to the lack of competitive advantage. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the operation mode of high-speed rail express for railway enterprises to establish multi-channel service chains and to enhance the competitiveness of the high-speed rail express market. Based on the weighting property and enterprise operating needs, this paper studies and analyzes the operation mode of high-speed express in China by adopting the improved gray correlation analysis method. It will help to solve the problem of mode selection that the high-speed express industry faces in the early stages of development.
