국문 초록

본 연구는 Covid-19 이후 대학 플립러닝에 주목하였다. 본 교수법이 디지털 네이티브 세대의 학습 성향과 부합하고 교수자 중심 학습이 학습자 중심으로 변모하는데 있어 교육 정책적 의미가 크기 때문이다. 이에 교수자와 학습자 관점에서 플립러닝에 대한 상호지향 상태를 분석해 균형 있는 개선방안을 탐색하였다. 그 결과, 플립러닝에 대한 교수자와 학습자의 객관적 일치도는 유연한 환경과 학습문화에서 낮게 나타났으며, 학습자는 유연한 학습 환경에 대해 가장 낮은 평가를 내려 학습자 역량에 따른 학습수준과 속도조절에서 어려움을 느꼈다. 이에 교수자는 학습자의 학습 정도에 따른 과제제시로 학습자 선택의 폭을 넓히고 시공간에 구애받지 않고 학습할 수 있는 유연한 학습 환경 조성에 힘써야 할 것이다. 다만 본 연구는 일부 대학을 대상으로 한 연구로 연구결과의 일반화에 한계가 존재해 추후 이러한 한계를 보완하면서 플립러닝 학습효과의 원인을 보다 명료하게 규명할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study pays attention to flipped-learning in university after Covid-19, because this teaching method corresponds to the learning disposition of the digital native generation and has educational policy significance as the learning focus moves from instructors to learners. Against this backdrop, this study intends to analyze their co-orientation state of flipped-learning, exploring more balanced improvement methods. The results of the analysis show that the objective agreement about flipped-learning between instructors and learners was found to be low in flexible learning environment and learning culture change. Particularly, learners gave the lowest score to flexible learning environment, indicating that they have difficulty adjusting learning speed due to different learning levels resulting from individual capacities. Consequently, instructors should seek to offer a wider range of learning options by presenting tasks according to learners’ learning levels and create flexible learning environment in which learners can study without temporal or spatial limitations. However, there are limitations in generalizing the results of this study, which includes only some universities at a time. Therefore, further studies need to be conducted to supplement such limitations and investigage causes of learning effects from executing flipped more clearly.
