국문 초록

본 연구에서는 K-Book 콘텐츠의 해외진출 확대를 위한 정부의 정책에 관한 실태를 파악하고 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위해 K-Book 콘텐츠의 해외진출에 관한 문헌연구와 출판저작권 관계자들의 심층인터뷰를 실시했다. 심층인터뷰로는 국내출판사의 저작권담당자 및 에이전시를 대상으로 K-Book 콘텐츠 해외진출 현황과 현재의 문제점을 파악했다. 심층인터뷰를 통한 분석으로 K-Book 콘텐츠의 해외진출 확대를 위해 다음 세지를 제안했다. 첫째 현재 출판사를 중심으로 한 K-Book 콘텐츠 수출 지원정책을 출판사와 에이전시에 따라 다른 지원정책으로 수립해야 한다. 둘째, K-Book 콘텐츠를 해외와 연계·공유할 수 있는 해외 연계 네트워크 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 에이전시의 적극적인 해외 저작권 활동을 위해 수출 인센티브 정책이 도움이 될 것이다. 넷째, K-Book 콘텐츠의 해외진출 확대를 위해서는 책의 내용을 충분히 이해할 수 있을 정도의 다양한 언어로 샘플번역과 더 많은 번역분량이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the current state of government policies for expanding K-Book contents overseas and to suggest problems and improvement plans. To this end, a literature study on the overseas expansion of K-Book contents was conducted. And Focus Group Interview with the copyright holders were conducted. Focus Group Interview, we identified the current status of K-Book content overseas expansion and current problems for copyright officers and agencies of domestic publishers. Focus Group Interview were used to propose the following four ways to expand K-Book content overseas. First, the K-Book contents export support policy centered on publishers should be established as a different support policy according to publishers and agencies. Second, it is necessary to establish an overseas network system that can link and share K-Book contents with overseas. Third, export incentive policy will be helpful for the active overseas copyright activities of the agency. Fourth, in order to expand the overseas expansion of K-Book contents, sample translation and more translation are needed in various languages so that the contents of the book can be fully understood.
