영문 초록

This study is started to find out the perception of tourism development and the proper method resident paticipation in tourism development. To follow out this study, I have read all the necessary materials concerned with the resident participation in tourism development and used the data and condents. The troble between residents and developers is to be a great issue in tourism development since 1990 with the start of local selp-government. The best method solving this issue is to enforce ralated committee and to use resident conference from the begining of the tourism development project and to consult the effects of the tourism development to residents.
