사회적 자본이 4차 산업혁명 인식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명이라는 사회의 변화를 수용·대비하기 위한 자원으로 사회적 자본에 초점을두고, 장애여부에 따라 사회적 자본이 4차 산업혁명 인식에 영향을 미치는 경로가 어떻게 달라지는지파악하는 것을 목표로 하는 탐색적 연구이다. 이를 확인하기 위하여 2019년 디지털정보격차실태조사자료에서 2,200명의 장애인과 7,000명의 비장애인 표본을 활용하였다. 구조방정식 모형으로 사회적자본이 4차 산업혁명 인식에 미치는 효과를 확인하고 장애인과 비장애인 집단의 다집단 분석을 실시하여 그 경로차이를 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인은 비장애인보다 4차 산업혁명을 덜 긍정적으로 파악하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 비장애인 집단에서 4차산업혁명 긍정인식에 부적 영향을 주었으나 장애인 집단에는 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 셋째, 장애인의 네트워크는 4차 산업혁명 부정인식을 감소시켰다. 넷째, 장애인 집단에서 연령이 높거나, 여성인 경우 4차 산업혁명을 덜 긍정적으로 인식하였으나, 사회경제적 지위에 따른 차이는 확인되지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 장애인이 4차 산업혁명을 지혜롭게 대비하기 위한 실천적, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on social capital as a resource to accommodate and prepare for changes in society called the 4th Industrial Revolution, and aims to figure out how social capital s path to perception of the 4th Industrial Revolution varies depending on disability. For this purpose, 2,200 disabled and 7,000 non-disabled samples were used in the Digital Divide survey data in 2019. The structural equation model was constructed to analyze the effect of social capital and to verify the path difference by conducting a multi-group analysis of disabled and non-disabled groups. The analysis results are as follows: First, disabled people are less positive about the 4th Industrial Revolution than non-disabled people. Second, the social support of non-disabled people had a negative impact on the positive perception of the 4th Industrial Revolution, but did not significantly affect disabled group. Third, the network of disabled people had the effect of reducing the negative perception. Fourth, women with disabilities and elderly people with disabilities perceived the 4th Industrial Revolution less positively, but the differences in socioeconomic status were not discovered. Based on these results, this study presents policy suggestions to prepare disabled person wisely for the 4th Industrial Revolution.
