영문 초록

This study is a basic study for the regeneration of the old industrial complex as a creative innovation space for all generations, analyzing the demand of the young and elderly workers. Based on this, we would like to give policy implications of the ongoing old industrial complex regeneration projects. The research method was conducted on 18 areas of the designated old industrial complex regeneration zones to analyze the differences between groups of the young and elderly workers. In addition, a Multi correspondence analysis was conducted on the connection between each group and the use of facilities to identify the differences between the young and elderly workers. According to the analysis, the young and elderly workers are showing differences in the pattern of settlement and use of industrial facilities, but the goals of the regeneration project are similar. However, the items of Government funding, industrial facilities that need improvement, and non-facility support showed differences among groups and did not show differences in housing types that require new supply.
