국문 초록

본 연구는 네트워크 관점에서의 위험요인이 기업의 관리전략 및 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설계하고 가설을 설정하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 각 변수들의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 네트워크 위험은 위험수용(감소)전략에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 위험수용전략은 위험전가(공유)전략에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 위험수용전략은 기업의 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 위험전가전략은 기업의 재무적 및 비재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 네트워크위험과 위험관리 및 성과 간 실증 분석한 사례가 거의 없어 본 연구의 학문적 기여로 제시할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest effective strategies to mitigate global supply chain risks by analyzing the influential relationships of risks in global supply chain networks on risk management strategies and performance. Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to research targets across Korea online. The collected data were analyzed with structural equation modelling(SEM). The results of this research are as follows. First, network risk has a positive effect on risk acceptance and reduction(RR) strategy. Second, network risk does not have a positive effect on risk transfer(or sharing)(RT). Third, RR strategy has a positive effect on RT strategy. This may mean that supply chain managers tend to internalize risks primarily by accepting them for risk reduction. Fourth, RR strategy has a positive effect on RT strategy. This is interpreted that supply chain managers transfer the residual risks to other firms or share them with other firms after they mitigate inherent risks primarily. Fifth, RR strategy has a negative effect on financial and non-financial performance of firms. This is presumed that since a lot of firms fail to quantify risks by internalizing them for risk reduction or do not have an integrated system to mitigate various risks and uncertainties, their performance results in loss instead of benefit. Namely, they failed to adapt to the environmental change by cost analysis. Lastly, RT strategy has a positive effect on the performance of firms. This study provides significant implications on effective strategies to mitigate risks in viewpoint of global supply chain network and their performance.
