영문 초록

It works change Urban Systems and Spatial Structure of Big City with changing in Transnationalism moving with emigration’s stream depend on Development of Imformation and Communication and Mobility, transfer of Capital and Surplus labor. With inflow an alien worker as a biginning after 1990’s In Korea, there is transsnational social space building alien town and street by the increasing alien with diversing objective In Seoul. Transsnational social space build up through upper circuits and survival circuits as distinguished migration circuit. This Study is “founding Differences with the process and the regional characteristics of Urban Space Formation and relationship of a local resident and a local policy to analyze Seorae town and Korean-Chinese’s town through concepts of Social Space Theory and World City Theory with a focuss on residence formation and residence selection.
