대학생의 심리적자본이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 심리적 자본이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 있어 관계성의 조절효과를 확인하고자 경기도 소재 D대학에 재학 중인 242명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSSWIN 23.0 프로그램과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식을 실시하였으며, 측정도구는 사회적 자본, 학업성취도, 관계성 척도를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 대학생의 심리적 자본과 관계성은 학업성취도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 자본과 학업성취도 관계에 있어서 관계성의 조절효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 학업성취도를 높이기 위해서는 대학생이 자신의 능력을 개발하고 가능성을 인지함으로써 성취에 대한 희망을 가질 수 있도록 심리적 자본을 내재화할 수 있는 교육 환경과 프로그램 제공이 필요하다. 또한 친구와 선후배, 교수 등 긍정적인 관계를 통한 내재적 동기를 고취시킴으로써 시너지 효과를 발휘할 수 있는 관계성 마련을 위한 환경을 마련해야할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This research conducted a questionnaire survey on 242 students studying at D University in Gyeonggi Province in order to confirm the effect of psychological capital on academic achievement. In order to verify the research hypothesis, the SPSWIN23.0 program and the AMOS23.0 program were used to implement structural equations, and measurement tools used social capital, academic achievement, and relationship scales. As a result of the research, it has been found that the relationship between the psychological capital and the academic achievement of university students has a steady effect on academic achievement, and it has been found that the effect of adjusting the relationship between the psychological capital and the academic achievement is significant. In order to improve the academic achievement of university students, it is necessary to provide educational environment and programs in which students can develop their own abilities and recognize their potential so that they can have hope for achievement. It also suggests that it is necessary to create an environment for creating relationships that can produce synergy effects by stimulating intrinsic motivation through positive relationships such as friends, seniors, juniors, and professors.
