부모의 양육태도와 진로정체감의 관계에서 또래애착과 학교적응의 이중매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학교 2학년이 지각한 양육태도가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향에서 또래 애착과 학교적응의 이중매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 지역아동센터를 이용하는 아동(344명) 패널 데이터를 활용하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 Sobel-Test 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 부모의 양육태도는 진로정체감에 정적인 영향을 주어 진로정체감을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 또래애착과 학교적응도 진로정체감에 대해 부모의 양육태도를 매개하여 진로정체감을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 긍정적인 부모의 양육태도, 또래애착과 학교의 적응이 긍정적이면 중학생이 자신의 진로에 대한 정체감이 높아진다는 알 수 있다. 이를 토대로 중학교 2학년의 올바른 진로정체감을 형성하기 위한 실천적 함의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines the dual mediating effect of peer attachment and school adaptation in the effect of the rearing attitude perceived by the second year middle school students on their career identity. The study subjects used panel data of children (344 people) using the regional children s center, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Sobel-Test program. As a result of the analysis, the parent s parenting attitude showed a positive effect on the career identity, thereby increasing the career identity. In addition, peer attachment and school adaptation were found to enhance the sense of career identity by mediating the parent s parenting attitude. In other words, positive parenting attitudes, peer attachment and school adaptation are positive, indicating that middle school students have a higher sense of identity for their careers. Based on this, practica implications and limitations were suggested to form the correct career identity in the second year of middle school.
