국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 건설 산업분야에서 4차 산업혁명에 따른 VR체험안전교육을 통하여 안전보건교육의 효과를 높이고 재해율을 저감시키는데 있다. 연구방법 : 건설현장에서 시행중인 체험안전교육에 VR체험안전교육을 포함하여 실시하는 그룹(A그룹)과 그렇지 않는 그룹(B그룹)의 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 영향도와 만족도, 효과도를 분석하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 4차 산업시대의 VR체험안전교육의 발전방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구결과 : 설문조사 결과에 따라 A그룹과 B그룹의 영향도와 만족도, 효과도를 분석한 결과 영향도와 만족도 부분에서는 B그룹이 A그룹보다 높게 나타났으며 효과도는 B그룹이 A그룹에 비하여 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 연구결과에 따라 이에 대한 발전방안을 제시하면 1)교육과정 측면에서 첫째. 현장 특성을 고려하여 업종별로 현장밀착형 교육내용을 시행하고, 둘째. 교육대상을 구분하여 적용하고, 셋째. 지속적인 VR 교육자료 및 콘텐츠 개발과 공유의 활성화, 2)교육환경과 교육매체 측면에서 첫째. 교육 프로그램 개발 시 안전보건 전문가의 참여, 둘째. VR체험안전교육 시설 확충, 셋째. 우수한 VR체험안전교육 프로그램의 개발, 3)정책 및 제도적 측면에서 첫째. VR체험안전교육을 법정 교육의 범위 안에서 시행, 둘째. VR체험안전교육에 대한 정부투자 지원 등 이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to enhance the effectiveness of safety and health education and to reduce the accident rate through VR experience safety training according to the 4th Industrial Revolution in the construction industry. Method: Analyzes the impact, satisfaction, and effectiveness through surveys of workers in the group (Group A) and those who do not (VR Group) including VR experience safety training in the experience safety training at the construction site.Based on the results, we will look into the development of VR experience safety education in the 4th industrial age. Results: According to the results of the survey, the impact, satisfaction, and effectiveness of the A and B groups were analyzed.The impact and satisfaction of the group B was higher than that of the A group, and the effect degree was higher in the B group than the A group. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, the development plan for this is presented.Considering the characteristics of the field, the field-based training contents are implemented for each industry type.The education subjects are divided and applied, and third.Continuous development of VR educational materials and contents development and sharing, 2) First, in terms of educational environment and media.Involvement of health and safety professionals in the development of educational programs;Expansion of VR experience safety education facility, third.Development of excellent VR experience safety education program, 3) First, policy and institutional aspect.Implement VR experience safety education within the scope of legal education, second.Government investment in VR experience safety education.
