부모상담이 양육효능감과 양육죄책감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 경기도 내 5개의 어린이집에 재원 중인 만2세부터 만5세까지의 아동의 부모를 대상으로 어린이집 부모상담이 부모의 양육효능감과 양육죄책감에 미치는 직접적 영향을 살펴보았다. 부모상담, 양육효능감, 양육죄책감에 대한 자료는 자기보고식 질문지를 통해 수집하였으며, 통계프로그램 SPSSWIN 21.0을 이용하여 상관관계 분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 각 변인간의 관계와 어린이집 부모상담이 부모의 양육효능감과 양육죄책감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 부모의 양육효능감은 자녀의 나이, 부모의 학력, 부모의 직업, 주 양육자의 성별에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타낸 반면, 양육죄책감은 인구통계학적 변인에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 부모상담의 하위요인 중 부모상담 경험, 부모상담 내용은 양육효능감에 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 부모상담 만족과 부모상담 필요성은 양육효능감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부모상담의 하위요인 중 부모상담 경험과 부모상담 내용은 양육죄책감에 부적영향을 미쳤으며, 부모상담 만족과 부모상담 필요성은 양육죄책감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 부모상담은 부모의 양육효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 어린이집에서 제공하는 부모상담의 내용에 따라 부모의 양육효능감의 수준을 변화시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상되며, 어린이집에서 적절한 부모상담 프로그램을 주기적으로 제공할 경우 부모의 양육에 대한 자신감을 높일 수 있음을 의미한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the direct effects of parental counseling on daycare centers on parenting efficacy and parenting guilt for parents of children aged 2 to 5 who are in 5 daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do. Data on parent counseling, parenting efficacy, and parenting guilt were collected through a self-report questionnaire. Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using the statistical program SPSSWIN 21.0, and the relationship between each variable and parent counseling at the daycare center The effects of parenting efficacy and parenting guilt were analyzed. Parenting efficacy showed statistically significant differences according to the child s age, parent s education, parent s occupation, and gender of the primary caregivers, while parenting guilt did not show statistically significant differences according to demographic variables. Among the sub-factors of parent counseling, the experiences of parent counseling and the content of parent counseling had a negative effect on parenting efficacy, and the satisfaction of parent counseling and the need for parent counseling were found to have a positive effect on parenting efficacy. Based on these results, parental counseling is a factor influencing parenting efficacy, and it is expected that the level of parenting efficacy can be changed according to the contents of parental counseling provided by daycare centers. This means that if provided regularly, it can increase the confidence in parenting.
