빅데이터를 활용한 건고추 단수에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 건고추를 대상으로 패널회귀분석을 실시하여 건고추 단수에 영향을 미치는 기상 요인과 생산비 요인을 분석하고, 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 건고추 단수에 대한 기상 요인과 건고추 농약비의 논리적이고 명확한 인과관계 효과를 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여 1991년부터 2018년까지 우리나라 9개 지역의 건고추 단수와 지역별 기상 요인(강수량, 일조시간합, 평균기온, 평균상대습도), 건고추 생산비 요인(비료비, 농약비, 노동비)과 관련한 자료를 수집하고, 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 기술통계분석과 패널회귀모형분석, 그리고 구조방정식모형분석을 위하여 STATA 14.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하였으며, 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, Hausman 검정 결과 고정효과모형이 채택되었다. 고정효과모형을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 기상 요인으로는 3월 강수량(+), 4월 일조시간합(+), 5월 강수량(+), 6월 평균기온(-), 7월 평균상대습도(-), 8월 일조시간합(+), 9월 평균기온(+)이 건고추 단수에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 생산비 요인으로는 농약비(+), 노동비(+)가 건고추 단수에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 구조방정식모형을 활용한 분석 결과, 4월 일조시간합(-), 5월 강수량(-), 6월 평균기온(+), 7월 평균상대습도(+), 8월 일조시간합(-) 등 기상 요인이 건고추 농약비에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 건고추 관련 농약비는 건고추 단수에 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 4월 일조시간합은 건고추 단수와 정적인(+) 관계가, 7월 평균상대습도는 건고추 단수와 부적인(-) 관계가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 끝으로, 본 연구의 시사점과 연구의 한계점, 그리고 향후 연구 방향에 대해서 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of meteorological factors and production cost on the red pepper yields in Korea, with employing a panel regression analysis and to analyze the cause-and-effect relationship between meteorological factors and agricultural medicines cost on red pepper yields via structural equation model. The panel data from 1991 to 2018 were gathered to conduct this study. More specifically we used the panel data of the regional meteorological factors by month (cumulative precipitation, cumulative duration time of sunshine, average relative humidity, average temperature), the red pepper production cost factors (the cost of fertilizer, agricultural medicines cost, labor cost), and red pepper yields of the nine regions in the Korea. This study used STATA 14.0 and AMOS 18.0 for descriptive analysis, panel regression model, and structural equation model analysis. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the fixed effect model was chosen by the Hausman test. The results using a fixed effect model confirm that the cumulative precipitation (March, +), the cumulative duration time of sunshine (April, +), the cumulative precipitation (May, +), the average temperature (June, -), the average relative humidity (July, -), the cumulative duration time of sunshine (August, +), the average temperature (September, +) and the agricultural medicines cost (+), and labor cost (+) were chosen among the variables as the significant variables of the model. Second, as a result of analysis using structural equation model, the cumulative duration time of sunshine (April, -), the cumulative precipitation (May, -), the average temperature (June, +), the average relative humidity (July, +), and the cumulative duration time of sunshine (August, -) significantly influenced the agricultural medicines cost. Also, the agricultural medicines cost (+) significantly influenced the red pepper yields, and the cumulative duration time of sunshine (April, +) and the average relative humidity (July, -) significantly influenced the red pepper yields. At the end of the paper, the implications and limitations of this study, and future research directions are discussed.
