발달지연 아동의 학교 작업치료 지원 Learning Tree 인지 모델 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

목적: 연구의 목적은 학교 작업치료 지원 Learning Tree Cognitive Model이 교실 속 발달 지연이 있는 아동의 정서적행동과 사회 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상은 경기도에 사는 4세 어린이의 실험군 20 명, 대조군 20 명이였다. 중재 프로그램은 일주일에두 번, 총 12 번의 세션으로 제공되었으며 일과 프로그램에통합하여 실시하였다. 이 연구는 사전 및 사후 통제집단설계를 하였다. 본 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 사용된중재 프로그램은 문헌 연구 및 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 사전 사후 테스트 도구는 C-TRF (Caregiver-Teacher Report Form) 및 PBSYC (Pro-social Behavior Evaluation Scale)이다. 자료 분석을 위해 Mann-Whitney U를 테스트하여 두 그룹의동질성 검증을 하고 사전 및 사후 테스트의 효과는 Wilcoxon signed rank test를 통해 검증하였다. 결과: 중재 프로그램 실시 후, 학교 작업치료 지원 Learning Tree Cognitive Model,은 교실 속 발달지연 아동들의 정서행동 및 친사회적 행동 개선에 효과가 있는 것으로 제시되었다 (p<.05). 결론: 학교 작업치료 지원 Learning Tree Cognitive Model 교실 속 발달지연 아동들에게 효과가 있었다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the Learning Tree Cognitive Learning model on emotional and prosocial behavior of children with developmental delay in the classroom.The subjects of this study were 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups of 4 year old children living in Gyeonggi-do. The intervention program was provided twice a week, a total of 12 sessions, and was integrated into the daily work program. This study designed a pre- and post-control group. The intervention program used to verify the effectiveness of this study was verified through literature studies and content validity. The pre-post test tools were the Caregiver-Teacher Report Form (C-TRF) and the Pro-social Behavior Evaluation Scale (PBSYC). Mann-Whitney U was tested for data analysis to verify the homogeneity of the two groups and the effectiveness of the pre and post-test was verified by Wilcoxon signed Frank test. The Learning Tree Cognitive Model program, which was conducted in the education program for children with developmental delays, was effective in reducing emotional behavior problems of children participating in research and promoting prosocial behavior with peers(p<.05).
