국문 초록

본 연구는 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 친환경적 지역환경 요인에 초점을 맞추어 풍수지리 지표 중 어떠한 변인이 주거만족도와 상호 연관성이 있는지에 대해 실증 분석을 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 지리적 환경요인에 대한 만족도가 높게 형성된 지역을 선정하여 교차분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 주거만족도와 풍수환경특성을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 풍수지리적 환경특성이 안정된 주거지역은 주거만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 풍수환경요인이 삶의 질과 주거만족도를 향상시키기 위한 주거환경의 유용한 계획지표로 활용될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study focused on eco-friendly local environment factors affecting residential satisfaction and conducted empirical analysis on which variables in the Feng -Shui geographic index interrelate with residential satisfaction. To this end, residential satisfaction and Feng-Shui environmental characteristics were investigated through cross-analysis and multiple regression analysis by selecting areas with high satisfaction with geographical environmental factors. As a result, residential areas with stable Feng-Shui environmental characteristics have a positive effect on residential satisfaction. This means that Feng-Shui environmental factors can be used as useful planning indicators for residential environments to improve quality of life and residential satisfaction.
