재한 중국동포의 사회자본에 대한 연구

국문 초록

오래 동안 중국 공산당이 독재적으로 지켜왔었던 법규, 제도흐름들이 점점 신뢰문제로 투명하게 되어 가고 있다. 중국사회과학원 사회심리학 연구 중심과 북경 CMMR(美蘭德)정보회사는 2011년 12월 말부터 북경, 상해, 정주, 무한, 광주, 중경, 서안 등 7개 도시의 시민에 대해 조사를 진행하였다. 이 조사를 통하여 중국사회는 이미 불합격 즉 59.7이라는 경계선을 밟고 있다. 다시 말하면 신뢰의 형성은 어렵지만 무너지기는 쉽다는 것이다. 이러한 국가 배경에서 생활하고 있는 재중동포들에 대한 사회신뢰의 변화를 이 연구의 목적으로 삼았다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 이 연구는 한국에 거주하고 있는 재한 중국동포들을 대상으로 한국과 중국에 대한 사회신뢰의 비교를 통하여 그들의 신뢰수준을 측정하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 재한 거주 중국동포들은 중국에 대한 사회신뢰에서는 제도신뢰가 사람신뢰보다 더 높게 나타났다. 한국에 대한 사회신뢰의 경우는 제도신뢰와 사람신뢰가 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났는데 사람신뢰가 제도신뢰보다 사회신뢰에 더 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 재한 거주 중국동포들이 중국에서 생활할 때는 제도적인 우대 즉, 정부의 우대정책에 의해 나타난 것이라고 할 수 있고 한국에 대해서는 전체적인 전통, 문화, 역사배경과 결부하여 사회시스템, 복지 등이 이들에게 새로운 생활만족도를 보이고 있는 것으로 설명할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The systems and regulations that has been authorized by Chinese Communist Party for a long time is gradually becoming transparent due to trust issue. Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CMMR) conducted a study from late December, 2011 on the citizens of Beijing, Shanghai, WuHan, GuangZhou, Xi An. The research shows that the adjustment of overall trust in society of Chinese was 59.7, which is below the acceptable level of 60 and has already been disqualified from the line of demarcation. In other words, it is difficult to enhance trust that is easy to collapse. This paper aims to estimate the change of social trust about Korean-Chinese who are living in China. And this research compares with the level of social trust of Korean-Chinese living in Korea, and measures the level of trust of the two groups. The result shows that the level of social trust for Korean-Chinese living in Korea was higher than those living in China. Although the level of trust on both system and people were statistically significant, the level of trust on people has stronger influence on social trust compared to institutional trust. The result of this research explains that Korean-Chinese seems to be given preferential treatment, namely, government superior policies, when they lived in China where as in Korea, they experienced a new life satisfaction about social system and social welfare, and so on, which links with the background of general convention, culture and history.
