보육교사를 위한 인형치료 집단프로그램의 효과성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 인형치료 집단프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 회복탄력성의 효과성에 영향을 줄 수 있는지 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 대상은 보육교사 16명을 대상으로 ‘2016년 한국인형치료학회춘계학술워크샵’을 통해 소개된 15회기 집단프로그램을 사용하였다. 양적분석 방법은 자아탄력성 척도와 회복탄력성 척도를 사전-사후 측정하여 비교하였고, 사례분석 방법은 단계별로 나타난 자아탄력성과 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 자신감, 자기조절, 대인관계, 낙관적 태도의 변화를 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 사항을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 인형치료 집단프로그램을 실시한 후 보육교사의 자아탄력성에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인형치료 집단프로그램을 실시한 후 보육교사의 회복탄력성에도 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 인형치료 집단프로그램 실시 후 보육교사의 자신감, 자기조절, 대인관계, 낙관적 태도와 같은 하위요인에서도 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 이를 종합해 볼 때 인형치료 집단프로그램은 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 회복탄력성에 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 향후 보육교사의 직무스트레스 감소를 위한 집단프로그램으로서도 유용한 가치를 가질 것으로 생각한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the group figure therapy program has an effect on the child care center teacher s ego-resilience and resilience. The subjects of the study were 16 teachers working in day care centers located in Seo-gu, Incheon, Korea who agreed to the purpose of this study. The 16 teachers were divided into two groups, 8 in the experiment group and 8 in the control group and 15 group programs that were introduced through the 2016 Spring Academic Workshop by Korean Association of Figure Therapy were used. The structured group program was conducted three times a week for two months for 40 minutes at each session, and then the effectiveness of the program was verified by quantitative analysis and case study. For the quantitative analysis, the ego-resilience measure and the resilience measure were measured pre and post the group sessions and compared using SPSS 21.0 using nonparametric statistical method Wilcoxon coding ranking verification. The case analysis method was examined through looking at the changes in confidence, self-control, interpersonal relationships and optimistic attitudes, which are considered the sub-factors of ego-resilience and resilience. The results are as follows. First, group figure therapy was found to have a positive effect on the child care teachers’ ego-resilience after administering the program. Second, group figure therapy was found to have a positive effect on the child care teachers’ resilience after administering the program. Third, group figure therapy was found to have a positive effect on the sub-factors such as confidence, self-control, interpersonal relationship, and optimistic attitude of the child care center teacher after administering the program. In summary, it can be confirmed that the group figure therapy program has an effect on the ego-resilience and resilience required to alleviate the job stress of the child care center teachers, and it will be useful as a group program with regards to the psychology of child care center teachers in future.
