농업경영정보화 전문교육 프로그램의 효과에 영향을 주는 요인 규명

국문 초록

본 연구는 성인을 대상으로 하는 평생교육 프로그램의 효과성에 영향을 주는 요인을 살펴보고자 2008년 농업경영정보화 전문교육 교육프로그램을 이수한 250명의 학습자를 대상으로 조사연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 학습자, 교수자, 교육운영, 교수-학습 프로그램, 교육환경 변인을 교육효과에 영향을 주는 독립변인으로 설정하고, 학습자 만족도, 지각된 성취도, 학습전이 의지, 학습지속 의향을 효과성 측정을 위한 종속변인으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 학습지원, 교수자의 학습자 존중, 교수-학습 프로그램의 내용수준, 교수전략, 학습자의 학습동기 순으로 나타났으며, 성취도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 학습지원, 학습동기, 교수-학습 프로그램의 학습목표 및 내용, 학습자의 사전지식, 교수자의 학습자 존중으로 나타났다. 또한, 학습자의 학습동기, 학습지원, 교수-학습 프로그램의 학습목표 및 내용, 교수자의 학습자 존중, 교육기간 및 시간 변인이 학습자의 학습전이 의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교수자의 학습자 존중, 운영기관의 학습지원, 학습자의 학습동기 변인이 학습자의 학습 지속 의향에 영향을 미치는 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 공통 요인으로 운영기관의 학습지원, 교수자의 학습자 존중, 학습자의 학습동기가 규명되어, 농업경영정보화 전문교육 프로그램의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수-학습 프로그램 및 환경 등의 물리적 요인이 아닌 인적 요인임이 확인되었다. 이로부터 이와 같은 성인교육 프로그램은 우수한 교수자 및 운영자에 의한 학습 지원의 정도가 그 성공을 가늠함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate the variables affecting the effectiveness of adult learning program. To accomplish this purpose, the study conducted survey research on 250 participants who enrolled in J agricultural leaders information management program. In this study, through a literature review the variables related to learners, instructors, instructional management, program, environment used as independent variables. Learners satisfaction, perceived achievement, knowledge transfer, and future intention to enroll have set as dependent variables. The results of this study through regression analysis are as follows. First, learner support, respect to learners, the level of learning contents, instructional strategies, learner motivation were significantly affecting learners satisfaction in that order. Second, learner support, learner motivation, learning objectives and contents, prior knowledge, respect to learners were affecting learners perceived achievement in that order. Third, the variables affecting learning transfer were learner motivation, learner support, learning objectives and contents, respect to learners, and learning time and duration. Lastly, respect to learners, learner support, and learner motivation were significantly affecting learners future intention to enroll. The results revealed that the common variables affecting the effect of adult learning programs are learner support, respect to learners, and learner motivation. The research results imply that the affecting variables to the effect of adult learning program are human factors but not the physical factors such as programs and instructional environment. This study empirically confirms that the operating organizations are required to provide high-quality instructors and supporting staffs, and learner support for satisfactory and productive adult learning.
