교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 사범대학과 부설학교의 협력방안

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 교원의 전문성 신장을 위해 사범대학과 부설학교의 협력방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 사범대학의 존재이유는 교원을 양성하고 길러내는 것이다. 이러한 사범대학의 목적에 부응하기 위해서는 부설학교와의 긴밀한 협력이 필요하다. 교원의 전문성 신장을 위한 사범대학과 부설학교의 협력방안은 크게 예비교사의 양성과 현직교사의 재교육의 두 가지로 요약될 수 있다. 예비교사 양성 방법으로는 사범대학과 부설학교간의 협력체제 구축, 공립학교 교육 실습 프로그램의 개발 및 지원, 사범대학생과 부설학교 학생과의 교류 프로그램 개발, 방과후 활동 프로그램의 활용, 교과 및 담임교사 멘토-멘티 프로그램 개발, 교육실습프로그램의 강화, 교육실습 이후 연계 프로그램 개발, 교육봉사활동 프로그램의 활용 등으로 살펴보았다. 현직교사 재교육을 위한 협력방안으로는 2급 정교사를 대상으로 한 연수프로그램, 1급 정교사를 대상으로 한 프로그램, 학교 기관장을 대상으로 한 프로그램, 변화하는 세계흐름에 따른 교사연수 프로그램 등으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 사범대학과 부설학교간의 협력이 훌륭한 교사 양성으로 이어지기 위해서는 제도적 틀의 마련, 교육기관과 다른 기관과의 유기적 연결, 수업이외의 다양한 체험활동이 학교현장에서 제공되는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This article is to present the ways that the college of education and its affiliated schools can take in action to promote the professionality of teachers. The reason why we have college of education is to grow and develop professional teachers. To meet the need of the college of education, the cooperation with the affiliated schools is inevitable. There are mainly two ways to connect the college of education and its affiliated schools; which are developing would-be teachers and re-training the teachers in service. To train would-be teachers, the establishment of cooperating system between the college of education and its affiliated schools, the supporting systems for teacher training programs at the public schools, the development of connecting programs of the students in the college of education and those in the affiliated schools, the use of after-school programs, the development of the montor-mentee program between the homeroom teacher and the teacher trainees, the reinforcement of teacher trainee program, the development of related program after the student teaching program, and the use of voluntary program in education are stu야ed in this article. To re-educate the teachers in service, the training program for 2nd licensed teachers and 1st licensed teachers, the training programs for president of the schools, and the training programs for teachers along the global changes are considered in this article. To make all this things effective, systematic guidelines from the law, the efficient connection between the education party and other organizations, the presentation of diverse activities at schools other than the classes.
