국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2수준 다층모형을 활용하여 경기도 중학교 안전교육을 중심으로 학교안전문화 영향요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 경기도 중학교안전문화에 영향을 미치는 학생 및 학교요인은 무엇인가? 둘째, 경기도 중학교안전문화에 대한 학생요인과 학교요인의 상호작용 효과는 어떠한가? 이다. 이를 위해 경기도의 중학교 교사 2,412명, 학생 14,335명을 대상으로 2수준 다층분석을 적용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 남학생이 여학생보다 학교안전문화를 높게 인식했고, 학생들의 학교안전교육 만족도가 높을수록 학교안전문화를 높게 인식했다. 또한 소규모 학교에서 학교안전문화를 높게 인식했고, 학습자주도 교육방법을 사용할수록 학교안전문화를 높게 인식했다. 그러나, 교육과정 연계 교육, 체험 중심 교육, 습관화(생활화) 중심 교육방법은 학교안전문화와 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학교수준에서 활용하고 있는 교육자료의 경우 업무나 담당 교과가 동일한 중학교 교사 사이에서 정보교환의 수단으로 사용하고 있는 단톡방의 정보 및 자료를 학교안전교육에 사용할 경우 학교안전문화를 높게 인식했다. 둘째, 상호작용효과 분석 결과, 교육과정 연계 교육방법은 성별 간 격차를 증가시키는 요인이었으며, 반면 습관화(생활화) 중심 교육은 성별 간 차이를 줄여 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 반면 체험 중심 교육은 학생들의 학교안전문화에 대한 학교안전교육 만족도의 영향력을 증가시키는 요인이었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence factors of school safety culture applying the two-level multilevel model with focus on middle school safety education in Gyeonggi-province. The research questions for this are as follows: First, what are the middle school students and middle school factors affecting school safety culture in Gyeonggi-province? Second, what is the interaction effect of middle school factor and middle school factor on school safety culture in Gyeonggi-province? For this purpose, we conducted a multilevel analysis with 2,412 middle school teachers and 14,335 students in Gyeonggi-province. Results of this study indicated that first, male students had higher school safety culture than female students, and the higher the students satisfaction with school safety education, the higher the awareness of school safety culture and the greater influence on students school safety culture. In addition, smaller schools are more positive for school safety culture awareness, and learner-led education has a positive effect on students awareness of school safety culture, but no direct impact on cultural awareness such as curriculum-linked education, experience-based education, and habituation-oriented education methods was found. In addition, in case of educational materials used at the school level, the information and materials of Dantokbang, which are used as a means of information exchange between teachers with the same work or subject, are positive for students awareness of school safety culture. Second, as a result of the analysis of interaction effect, the method of linking the curriculum increased the gender gap, while the habit-oriented education reduced the gender gap. On the other hand, experience-based education was a factor in increasing the influence of school safety education satisfaction on students awareness of school safety culture.
