심리운동과 아동중심 놀이치료의 공통점과 융합적 접근 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 심리운동과 아동중심 놀이치료의 고찰을 통해 두 치료 이론 간의 공통점을 알아보고 융합적 접근방안을 모색하려 하였다. 연구대상은 2004년에서 2019년 국내 학술지 및 석·박사 학위논문을 대상으로 하였다. 연구대상에 대해 컴퓨터 자료 검색을 통해 수집하였으며, RISS(한국학술정보서비스)에서 2019년까지 학위논문 및 학술지 중에서 ‘심리운동(Psychomotorik)’ 키워드와 ‘아동중심 놀이치료(Child-centered Play Therapy)’키워드를 사용하여 자료 수집 및 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 공통점으로는 첫번째 놀이를 통한 의사소통, 두 번째 상호간 관계성의 중요성, 세 번째 경험중심의 광범위한 지원이 이루어진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 두 치료 이론의 융합적인 적용 방안으로 첫 번째로는 아동의 의사소통을 증진 시킬 수 있는 놀이적 요소를 활용해야 한다. 두 번째로는, 상호 간 관계성을 증가시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발해야 한다. 세 번째로는, 다양한 경험중심의 전인적인 발달을 지원할 수 있는 광범위한 치료 프로그램을 개발해야 한다는 것을 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 심리운동과 아동중심 놀이치료의 이론적 고찰을 통해서 두 치료 이론의 융합적 접근방법은 아동의 발달에 효과적인 치료방법이 될 수 있다는 것을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, we tried to explore commonalities between the two therapeutic theories through a review of psychological exercise and child - centered play therapy and to find a fusion approach. The subjects of this study were domestic journals and post - doctoral dissertations from 2004 to 2019. The research subjects were collected through computer data retrieval. In the RISS (Korean Academic Information Service), theses and journals were classified into Psychomotorik keyword and Child-centered Play Therapy Data were collected and analyzed using keywords. The results of the study are as follows. Common features include communication through the first play, the importance of the second interrelationship, and the broad support of the third experience center. In addition, as a fusion method of these two treatment theories, first, it is necessary to utilize play element which can enhance child s communication. Second, we need to develop a program that can increase mutual relationships. Third, we could develop an extensive treatment program that could support a variety of experience-centered holistic development. The theoretical review of psychological exercise and child-centered play therapy discussed the convergent approach of the two treatment theories as an effective treatment method for the development of the child.
