초등학교 학습부진학생 지원을 위한 만들기 활동 프로그램 개발 및 활용 방안

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 4∼6학년 학습부진학생을 지원하기 위하여 만들기 활동 프로그램을 개발하고 실제 활용하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위하여 초등학교 교육과정 고찰, ‘만들기’ 관련 선행 연구 고찰, 만들기 활동에 대한 현장전문가 의견 조사, 프로그램 개발 주제 및 체제 논의의 과정을 거쳤다. 만들기 활동 프로그램 개발의 구체적인 과정은 ‘①주제 선정 ②학습자료 체제 구성 결정 ③프로그램 예시자료 개발 ④프로그램 예비시행 ⑤프로그램 수정 및 보완 ⑥프로그램 활용 방안 제시’ 의 순서로 구성되었다. 이 연구를 통하여 초등학교 고학년 및 중학교 저학년 수준까지 적용할 수 있는 만들기 활동 프로그램 2가지(캐릭터 딱지 만들기, 목재용 스피너 만들기)를 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 학습부진학생을 지도하기 위하여 교사 및 학부모들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 ‘활동주제 안내, 도움 자료, 활동지, 활용 및 정리’의 4 부분으로 구성하였으며, 학생들이 쉽게 따라 만들 수 있도록 이미지 중심의 활동과정과 도움자료를 제공하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 학교 현장에서 다양하게 활용할 수 있도록 구체적인 활용 방안을 함께 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 만들기 활동 프로그램이 초등학교 학습부진학생들에게 제공되던 기존의 3R’s 형태의 프로그램의 대안적 방안으로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 더욱 다양한 형태의 만들기 활동 프로그램 개발의 사례로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to present a plan for developing and using the making activity program to support the 4th-6th grade students with low learning. In order to carry out this research, we went through elementary school curriculum, research related research, field experts opinion on making activities, program development topics and system discussion. The specific process of the development activity development program was ① subject selection ② decision making of the learning materials system ③ development of program example materials ④ preliminary implementation of the program ⑤ modification and supplementation of the program ⑥ suggestion of program utilization . Through this study, two development activities programs (character scab making and wood spinner making) that can be applied to the upper grades of elementary and middle school students were developed. The developed program is composed of four parts of Thematic Topics Guide, Help Materials, Activity Sheets, Usage and Arrangement for easy use by teachers and parents to guide underachievers. We also provided image-driven activities and help materials to make it easier to follow. Through this study, the making activity program could be used as an alternative to the existing 3R s type program that was provided to the elementary school students with low learning.
