차도구 논문의 주제별 유형을 통해 본 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

국내 차도구 관련 178편의 논문을 대상으로 인문학과 예술학 분야로 나누어 그 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 이에 대한 연구로 네 가지 결론에 이르게 되었다. 첫째, 차도구 인문학 연구 유형은 음다법과 국가별 분류로 나타났다. 음다법에 따른 자다도구, 점다도구, 포다도구 연구는 주로 중국 차도구 중심으로 시행되었고, 국가별로는 한국과 일본 연구가 많았는데 그중에서 조선에서 생산되어 일본에 수출된 다완 연구 성과가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 차도구 예술학 연구 유형은 기종, 소재, 문양, 기법, 유약이라는 다섯 주제로 연구가 시행되었고, 대부분 한국 전통 차도구를 기반으로 현대화한 작품이란 특성이 있었다. 이중에서 소재는 자기, 칠기, 옹기가 있었고, 문양은 화형, 도형, 상형, 자연형 이미지가 있었다. 셋째, 학위논문은 인문학 분야가 10개 대학에서 23편, 예술학 분야는 31개 대학에서 85편이 나타나고 있어 예술학이 인문학에 비해 연구 성과가 3.8배 높았다. 인문학 분야는 차 관련 학과가 있는 대학원에서 전체의 78%에 해당하는 18편의 논문을 수여하고 있었으나, 예술학 분야는 각 대학원에서 비교적 다양하게 나타나고 있었다. 넷째, 학술지 논문은 학위논문과는 반대로, 인문학 분야가 56편, 예술학 분야가 14편으로 인문학이 예술학보다 연구 성과가 4배 높았다. 또 학술지 논문 총 70편 중 차학 관련 학술지가 36편으로 전체의 51%를 차지하고 있었고, 다음으로 역사학, 조형·디자인학, 일본학 관련 학술지 순으로 차도구 관련 연구 성과가 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The research trends were analyzed by dividing 178 papers on domestic tea utensils into humanities and arts. The four study conclusions are as follows. First, the types of research on humanities in tea tools were classified according to the drinking tea method and by country and age. The study of Jada, Jumda and Poda tools under the drink was conducted mainly around Chinese tea tools, and there were many Korean and Japanese studies compared to China, among which the results of the tea bowls study produced in Joseon and imported into Japan were the highest. Second, the type of art studies in tea tools was conducted under five themes, namely, types of tools, materials, patterns, techniques and glaze, most of which were modernized based on traditional Korean tea tools. Among them, the materials were porcelain, lacquer and onggi, and the patterns were flower, shape, hieroglyphics and natural images. Third, the degree theses comprised 23 in humanities at 10 universities and 85 in art studies at 31 universities, which was 3.8-fold more. The field of humanities was producing theses equivalent to 78 percent of the total in graduate schools with tea-related departments, but the field of art was widely seen in each graduate school. Fourth, on the contrary, there were 56 articles in the field of humanities and 14 in the field of arts, and humanities were exactly four times more in research than art. In addition, out of the total 70 papers published in the journal, the number of tea school-related journals accounted for 51 percent of the total, followed by those related to history, construction and design, and Japanese studies.
